FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, April 24, 2019— Calvary Christian School (CCS) is pleased to announce senior Darius Durham, has signed a letter of intent to play basketball at Andrew College. The signing took place in the lobby of the CCS gym on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, with family, friends, CCS coaches, basketball teammates, and school staff present.
Darius was a large part of Calvary’s success this season. He was our leading scorer and rebounder with 15 points and eight rebounds a game. When fully engaged, Darius was a nightmare for our opponents. He seemingly took over some games with his rebounding, and he often used his superior strength to be a force in the paint. The CCS Boys basketball team has been blessed to have him on the team, and his peers will truly miss him. I wish him the best on his career at Andrew College, and I am excited to see what the next level has in store.” -Kevin Williams, Head Varsity Basketball Coach
Darius’s Career Stats
