Tuition and Financing
At Calvary Christian School, we strongly believe that Christian education is not a commodity. It is a ministry. It is a commitment. It is a connection – a connection between your child’s needs and your family philosophy and our philosophy.
That’s why at CCS, the first and most important consideration is what is best educationally for your child. All other considerations are secondary. But money IS important, and tuition is an investment in the life of your child.
CCS has one of the most robust needs-based scholarship programs in our area to assist families who demonstrate a financial need. Over $175,000 in tuition assistance is available for qualifying families. It is imperative that we award this aid as fairly and wisely as possible. That is why we use FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, an impartial third-party service, to assist us in analyzing your family’s needs. For more information on how to apply for assistance, please contact the Admissions Office.

What is an Educational Success Consultation?
As part of our commitment to you, Calvary Christian School has added an important new component to our admissions process: an Educational Success Consultation with the appropriate Principal, designed to actively engage and support you as parents in making wise educational decisions for your child. To start the process of an Educational Consultation, call Sara Ketcham at 706-323-0467 ext 204. This consultation will focus on your aspirations and goals for your child’s academic preparation, planning for future choices, and faith and Christian leadership development. This will allow us to explain CCS’s role in working with you to meet those goals and needs. We consider meeting with families like yours an important part of our ministry whether or not you decide to enroll at CCS. Our desire is for you to know that we value relationships and want to serve your family.

At “Open House” prospective CCS students and parents have the opportunity to visit the school, review the curriculum, visit classrooms, and meet with our school administrators and faculty. If you are interested in attending, or if you know of someone who would like to attend, please contact the Admissions Office for more information.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled “Open House” at CCS, please remember you are ALWAYS welcome to set up your own time to come out and visit our campus and talk with our administrators and faculty.
