About CCS
Calvary Christian School, in partnership with the family, exists to encourage students to accept Christ as Savior and Lord; develop a Biblical worldview; attain their individual academic excellence; and fulfill their God-given responsibilities in the home, church, and community. We follow the example set in Luke 2:52: to help young men and women “grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.”
Accreditation
Calvary is accredited by AdvanceED/Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).
The faculty at Calvary Christian School are required to maintain ACSI certification. From kindergarten through 12th grade, our faculty hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and many have advanced degrees.
Church Affiliation
Calvary Christian School is a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church. Church doctrine, however, is not the focus of our instruction. CCS has over 130 area churches represented in our school.
